What Is Coaching?

Coaching is a distinct conversation that uses questions and reflection as instruments to disclose relationships with and meanings around beliefs and interpretations that have possibly become ineffective to a client's greatest becoming. Coaching works within the present and future, rarely in the past. Coaching is a space of exploration to disclose an individual's genius and authorship. Coaching is about generative responsibility and exploration. Come and explore with me through conversation.

 

What Coaching Is NOT.

Coaching is not about giving advice, knowledge transfers of "how to's" and tips. Coaching does not imply a diagnosis or treatment as defined by the American Psychiatric Association for mental disorders. Coaching is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse and will not be used for those purposes.
